01 — Background

Lianne Hedden accidentally went viral on TikTok less than a year after starting her one-woman candle company. She needed help managing her social media and customer outreach while she fulfilled orders. It turned into a true partnership that lasted two years.

02 — Creative process

My goal was to create a permanence to her brand that would last after I left. After collaborating on a brand book, I took over her email, social media, and blog which allowed her to focus on product development.
